PAYMENT POLICY
In general all reservations made via this website are non refundable booking . The total price of reservation will be charged on the day of booking.
RESERVATION REQUESTS AND BOOKING ENGINE
We request information from the user on our reservation request forms and in our booking engines. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and mailing address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.
PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION
We would like our Site visitors to feel confident about using the Site to plan and purchase their accommodations, so Lodges is committed to protecting the information we collect. Lodges has implemented a security program to keep information that is stored in our systems protected from unauthorized access. Our Site is hosted in a secure environment. The Site servers/systems are configured with data encryption, or scrambling, technologies, and industry-standard firewalls. When you enter personal information during the reservation process, your data is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure safe transmission.
PROFILE

A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that details their viewing preferences. Consequently, collected information is tied to the users’ personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user. This profile is used to tailor a user’s visit to our Web site, and to direct pertinent marketing promotions to them. We do not share, under any circumstances, your profile with other third parties.
WITHDRAWING CONSENT TO USE

We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account we reply via email or phone, in accordance with the users wishes.
Payment Policy
Pre-payment: 50 percent of the total price of reservation will be charged on the day of booking.
Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival (property time, GMT+8). The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 5 days of arrival.
Reschedule are suggested maximum 6 months or extended as needed.
