PAYMENT POLICY

In general all reservations made via this website are non refundable booking . The total price of reservation will be charged on the day of booking.

RESERVATION REQUESTS AND BOOKING ENGINE

We request information from the user on our reservation request forms and in our booking engines. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and mailing address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

We would like our Site visitors to feel confident about using the Site to plan and purchase their accommodations, so Lodges is committed to protecting the information we collect. Lodges has implemented a security program to keep information that is stored in our systems protected from unauthorized access. Our Site is hosted in a secure environment. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that details their viewing preferences. Payment Policy

Pre-payment: 50 percent of the total price of reservation will be charged on the day of booking.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival (property time, GMT+8). The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 5 days of arrival.

Reschedule are suggested maximum 6 months or extended as needed.
